The Challenge:

Looking to impact target Dermatologist in a unique and compelling way to supplement the launch of Atopiclair, Metaphor recommended doing some unique and exciting dimensional direct mail as a means to both pique the interest of physicians and show that there was now an alternative to TIMs in the treatment of Atopic Dermatitis.

The Answer:

As a means to help launch the product, the Agency recommended an unique mailer that would deliver the brand message in a unique way. Capitalizing on the fact that Atopiclair is a medical device, Metaphor recommended a direct mailer that included both the product message and an actual product sample. This mail series increased both awareness and samples requests for the brand.

As a follow - up mailer, the Agency developed a mailer that provided physicians with a branded back scratcher while positioning Atopiclair as a "better way" to do with the itching and scratching of atopic dermatitis.
